THE RONALD REAGAN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY
REOPENS ITS DOORS, MONDAY JUNE 14, 2004

WHAT:
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library will re-open its doors on Monday, June 14, 2004 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., and then will continue extended hours from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. through July 4, 2004. July 4, 2004 officially concludes the 30 days of mourning. Guests may tour through the Museum's indoor exhibits and have the opportunity to visit President Reagan's Memorial Site. The Library parking lot is open. For overflow parking on Presidential Drive, complimentary shuttles will be provided.

On July 4, 2004, the Library will open a new exhibit, Mourning in America, documenting the week’s ceremonies, the public’s outpouring of support and the countless tributes to President Ronald Wilson Reagan. Mourning in America will include photo montages, the shell casings from the 21 gun salute, the bier President Reagan’s casket rested on and footage from the week’s events.

REAGAN LIBRARY:
The Reagan Library and Museum is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Located at 40 Presidential Drive in Simi Valley, the Museum admission fees are $7.00 general admission, $5.00 for seniors 62 and over, $2.00 for children 11-17, and free for children 10 and under.
