WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU VISIT
The Discovery Center is designed to encourage collaborative decision making through
historical role playing. The visit is free of charge to all students and teachers
(for more information see our Chaperone
Policy). Please keep in mind that we require a minimum of 3.5 hours for your
school's visit, which includes: the hour-long Discovery Center simulation, a museum
tour, and time for lunch. After booking a Discovery Center visit, teachers will
receive a curriculum packet designed to increase their students' knowledge about
the Grenada crisis. Some of the documents require teacher signatures and must be
completed by a given deadline in order for your visit to be officially scheduled.

Bus Scholarship
Due to decreased funds for bus transportation in many districts, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation grants an allotted amount each year in bus scholarships. If you are truly a school in need and would like the opportunity to obtain needed funds, please carefully read, complete, and submit a school bus scholarship application.
